Bonanzle Block Party

Now I'm adding new items for our annual Bonanzle Block Party on September 18 and 19! Mine will be for 3 hours on September 19 from 4-7 p.m. PST. That's 6-9 CST. Just got my banner changed, but need to change my avatar to match! Got lots to do, so I'd better quit blogging and get back to it!

Newest Ramblings and Updates

Well, I'm finally back again....after a few months of NOT blogging!:) Can't help it....life always seems to get in the way and there's no time for blogging. Or I'm just too tired to blog!

First of all...changes in a nutshell! I'm no longer a Mia Bella distributor!! Reasons?? Mainly the economy!! I'm getting too old to go to shows any longer (too hard on the bod); and I refuse to do the large shows in Tulsa....mainly because there would be oh-so many candle people there! Not up for that!! Don't like sharing! In other words....been there, done that!! But I have
So MANY candles left!! Can't get rid of them!! They are discounted to just above MY wholesale cost!! Surely somebody needs candles!! Only problem selling them (I found) is the shipping costs! I can't add MY shipping costs to these (against company rules); but also because of the weight of the jars, if they don't sell at $18.95 retail.....why would anyone pay that PLUS another $10.50 (or more if UPS or Fed-Ex) to have them shipped?? I can't even sell them at MY cost because of the shipping! I can GIVE the votives and melts away, but not the jars because I can't just give them away! It's not built in me! So, if anyone reads this and wants some candles, go to my Bonanzle store listings! I'll make you a really good deal!

LOTS of changes this past year!! Let's see, what other changes.....Oh yeah....I'm closing my OLA store at the end of the year.....and opened an Etsy store besides my Bonanzle store. So I'll probably be blogging about stuff I have there....and my Fuller items....and Specials going on anywhere.

Ann Tollette I'm working on sale items for week #3 of OLA's 6-wk. Shopping
Extravaganza going on now. Week 2 starts after midnight tonight, so I
have to put in my listing numbers for Wk #3 tomorrow for advertising
purposes. Each person involved has to submit 10 listings with the week
number in the title for easier searching. Eac...h week the categories
change for the listings; some are allowed, some are not allowed, so we
have to make sure our categories match what week is set. So I've been
very busy working on those listings! I skipped week 1 because I didn't
have anything in the required categories. So mine start at about 12:15
early tomorrow morning. If anyone wants to check stuff out now, you can
go to http://ola.com and put W1 in the search block and see what comes

I may be closing down my eBay store because of more new rules they are
coming out with by the end of March, so the OLA and Bonanzle stores will
become more active. Ebay is yet again raising their fees but hiding
them in what they actually tell us....like it is going to be SO good for
sellers! NOT!! From what I understand, store listings are going up
$.17 per listing per week!! That's HUGE compared to what I pay now of
$.03 per listing for 30 days! I am NOT a happy camper!! We shall
see.....

Right now I'm concentrating on listing as much as I can that I'm trying
to get rid of! I've got a 15% off sale going on now in my SALE category
of Fuller items, Mia Bella candles and soaps and mailing/packing
supplies (including a lot of sizes of zips). My link there is

What I've Been Up To Lately!

WOW!! It's been l-o-o-o-n-n-g time since I last posted here!! I TOLD you I didn't find much time to blog on top of everything else I do. I hope to try to change that in the future; BUT.....we'll see!!

I've spent the last few months building up my Fuller and Mia Bella Businesses with listings on OLA, Bonanzle and eBay (yes, I still sell on eBay since most of my gravy comes from there still)! I don't list the Mia Bella there since I can't use the Mia Bella name (bummer since the name sells the product). Oh well....

Now, what have I also been up to?? I've also taken over Capt. Donna's Packing/Mailing/Shipping Supplies since she can't do it any more due to health reasons! I had been buying from her anyway for my own use, but I found a need for it locally, so I was stocking up for my own selling purposes! That's why I ended up with it in the long run! So the last month or so I've been tryinjg to get all that added to all my stores (BIG job)!

And now I've got to start getting ready for a one-day show with my candles on Nov. 7! I've got quite a few little baskets to make up as well as some little votive centerpieces that will be great for teacher's gifts for the kids to get! So....time to get back to work! Catch ya later!

My Very First Blog.....EVER!!

I just finished editing part of my profile....will do more later. I NEED to get back to listing on OLA!! And checking out my 2 QA auction listings that are running! Plus....I need to check "that other place" to see if I've done anything (hope so); I need to check my e-mails; I need to check my o-mails again; I need to put the pups in their cage for the night AFTER I take them outside one last time (geeze....housebreaking 2 pups at the same time is time consuming....but they are having fewer and fewer accidents)! Hmmmm, surely there's something ELSE I need to do too!! Oh yeah....I need to take more pics so I can list more stuff....it goes on....and on!! It is endless......! More later....when I find the time.....
